After posting about screen printing with next day pickup, I received another request - this time for thick work jackets ( custom jackets ) from a customer.

Because the printer was still being delivered, I thought I would do a screen printing transfer on a transparent film with DTF powder.

On Tuesday, at 7:30 AM, 5 hours before the order was due to be delivered, I received the DTF printer.

While I was letting it acclimatize I continued to prepare my screen for screen printing. At 10 o'clock I realized that it was not working as I thought because of the material the client's work jackets were made of. 100% polyester with a very low density fabric. I asked for an extension of the delivery time and continued to put the printer into operation, the last hope being DTF.

Of course it turned out well. At 7:30 PM the order was ready and everything was clean in the workshop.
The next day I issued the invoice with a 5% discount for the delay and at 9 am it was delivered to the client.
