Last week I produced a 80cm x 25cm banner with volumetric letters laser-cut from 4mm thick poplar plywood. The result is quite interesting after all the elements have been painted and glued.
We don't usually flirt with advertising production, but it was an attempt. We used both engraving for the initial template, and the cutting power of a 20W laser for the large banner. I admit, laser engraving seems interesting, but it's more spectacular when you manage to cut materials.
