Constanta 2025 T-shirts
We start the year with many new ambitions but also hopes for a better future.
When it comes to the local business market in Constanta, things are as strange as can be. We have a business environment, clientele exists in almost all fields, but still there is no performance. Nobody excels, or those who excel do not stand out and do not grow from year to year.
Most of the big businesses in Constanta are subsidiaries of huge businesses in Bucharest. So none or very few local companies are truly indigenous and have survived over time. Who can we learn from?
When it comes to the textile printing market in Constanta, we don't even know it. They say that in any business plan it's good to study your competitors. We started out in the most improvised way possible, without any business plan, without any idea where we'll be in 5 years. We don't even really know what we want from our business, we offer custom printing services, but we still print for ourselves. We print products in series to gain experience. Eventually these products will accumulate and when they become too many we will have to put them up for sale.
The first time I got my hands on a hobby screen printing kit was in 2016. It was also winter, very boring at home and that was it... after the first try it seemed fantastic to me, I felt like I had discovered America. The radiators were quite cold in the makeshift workshop in the small bedroom, so it was a pleasure to wash the screen printing screens in the bathroom of the apartment on the 4th floor.
Today we're talking about something else. A full-fledged screen printing workshop/studio. I have my shelves with clean screen printing screens, another shelf with already developed screens with templates for long-term use, I have my own ultraviolet lamp and my own screen washing and cleaning station, so we're not talking about a hobby in an apartment anymore.
I'm ready for orders. And yet the textile printing orders are slow to arrive. It's true, I've turned down many in the meantime because they were too big for my strength or they were 1-piece orders, but now that they're ready... they're not coming. Where did I go wrong?
Already in the screen printing chapter I understand and know very well how things work. Of course, there is always room to learn. But now I have to learn how to build businesses. How do you start successful businesses? How do you build a company? Especially, in a small city with no defined prospects like Constanta. In a small market, like Constanta. Is there still room?
To end on a funny note and to get our minds off the beginning of January... when practically no one is ordering t-shirts because it's winter - I present to you the smallest t-shirt print ever made.

In our presentation suggestion you can see, our letters are 2mm - YES! 2 MILLIMETERS - I'm sure this print can be very easily adapted for paper or cardboard, packaging printing for companies, stores, etc.
